Are these forms legally binding even though they are not printed on legal size papers?

Harris County does not use legal size paper for District Court filings. Having previously looked over several sets of internet "divorce" paperwork, I suggest you save yourself money and trouble and hire an experienced family law attorney to help you with your divorce. You probably don't do your own taxes, why would you try to do your own divorce?
