Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce forms

2 questions when filling out forms:

1) the house is in both of our names, but she does not want it nor reimbursement for it. Would I still list it in the divorce and MSA forms? Or even her car; I dont want it or reimbursement. Still list it?

Basically, we both walk away with no issues of ownership or spliting up items/home. Would we still list all finacial details (bank, credit cards, ect..)?
