Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If the judge granted the divorce that day and then is waiting to sign a final order, then the subsequent marriage is probably fine, because Texas has very liberal marriage laws. I don't think he waited enough days to get remarried so his new wife might be able to void the marriage if she didn't know about his prior marriage. Either way, she's not too bright because if you appeal the divorce, it might get undone, which would definitely undo his new marriage.
