Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce

Hello,-.i'm original from Germany,live in TX since 11 years...married since 15,together since 20...two kids 18 and 21...i don't work due to 2 failed backsurgerys...would my husband has to help me out a little,after a divorce/..i have no money,no own car..nothing..can't even afford an attorney.

Investigate legal aid in your area. You might be able to get help there. Otherwise, see if you can find a family law attorney in your area who will work with you on payment. You really need an attorney, especially if you want to try for spousal support. Good luck!
