Divorce and the house

In the state of Texas when two people cannot live together is it considered abandonment when one persons finds another place to live. And can that person loose all rights to their claim of half the house?

If the 2 people own the house, then they have an interest in the house.

It is NOT abandonment when "you can't live together" anymore.
