Getting divorce - house title in wife's name, loan in my name

When I got married 7 years ago, my wife and I each owned a home. After we got married, we re-financed her home. As she had bad credit, I put the loan in my name, and the title remains in her name. We still own both homes. I'm going to file for divorce. What happens to her house in terms of the loan being in my name? Will I be stuck with the responsibility for the loan after we are divorced? With her bad credit, I doubt she could get a mortgage loan.

That is one option.

Perhaps the house could be sold and proceeds distributed.
