getting divorce
husband is us cizen and wife is mexico citzen, how can they get divorce if she has been in mexico for years and don't have visa?

There is a process to serve her in another country, and his attorney should be familar with this process. If she has defenses to the lawsuit, her attorney will file it on her behalf.
