Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce

My husband and I have decided to get a divorce. We are both in agreement that we do not want to deal with a lawyer so I printed the forms Texas Petition for Divorce (no children). My question is on section #4 pertaining to Marriage. We still live in the same household and have not been separated, we are trying to sell our house. How would I fill that out.

You can call me or Mr. Grissom and pay us a reasonable fee for our time to read your form and suggest an answer. But you would be very wise to consult with an attorney, regardless of whether you let your spouse know or not. They already are unless their foolish.
