Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

considering divorce

My husband has his own lawn care busisness that he established after we were married.Can i request for him to buy me out? He has not filed a tax return in 14 years nor has he paid any taxes on the money he made. Would I be liable for that?

Wow! You have a very complicated problem.

This is not an appropriate site to answer your questions. I strongly urge you to talk to a family law attorney in your area.
