Divorce

My husband left 6 months ago. I have no idea of where he is. There is no property or children. How can I get a divorce cheaply and quickly?

An uncontested divorce doesn't cost very much , but just because you don't know where you ex is doesn't mean that he will not be served with a copy of the divorce. You will have to publish the divorce in the newspaper 4 separate weekends and then pay for an attorney to tell the court that he can't be found. I know it's not right for you, but everybody gets a chance to come to court - even those slugs who run out.
