Based on what you have written, your husband is somewhere and therefore you have to notify him of the pending divorce. He's out there somewhere. You have to notify him of the petition for divorce. Have you looked extensively on the internet? Almost all of us are on the internet somewhere. You should be able to find him with the SSN and DL. Good Luck.
