can husband have his lover sleeping in same bed as his children while its his weekend.or can i put a clause on final divorce that says she cant be around the children while in his care.

What would be the reason she can't be around the children? Just because she's a homewrecker doesn't make her a child molester. If the children have bad feelings about being in the same bed and you can prove it, you might be able to get such a clause in the divorce decree.
