Divorce

My husband is in the Navy and I want to divorce him. I don't know what to do first or if I am entitled to anything. We have only been married for two months.

You can file a petition for divorce where he is stationed, where he is from or where you are living. Being married for only 2 months, I don't know what you are entitled to either without knowing more facts, but you would receive very little Navy benefits.
