Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hi, I would like to know if I divorce my husband what rights he will have with my child, which he barely support. I actually don�t live with him and he does not want to pass more money.

Your husband will have whatever rights are spelled out in the divorce decree.

Usually the parents are appointed Joint Managing Conservators. The child lives with Mom, and Dad has possession ("visitation") under a Standard Possession Order. Dad pays child support based on his income.
