Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I want to get a divorce from my Husband but my uncle has legal custody of our kids even though I have had them in my custody for 2yrs now...how do i go about getting a divorce and still file for child support against my husband without having to involve my Uncle at all?? Help

I don't think that you can. If your uncle has legal custody then you will not receive child support for children not in your possession. You have a complex divorce case and I recommend that you hire an attorney.
