You would file the divorce petition, and serve your husband by publication.

As for the child that may not be his: That's a problem. If the child was born during the marriage, there is a presumption that your husband is the father. Your petition can deny that husband is the father, but this is a matter that can't be adjudicated unless you personally serve the father.
