divorce
i have been apart from my husband for about 10 years i want to get a divorce but i do not know were he is i have the forms to fill out to file it myself i just need to know all the right steps to do a publication for divorce.PLEASE can you help me in this matter?

A lawyer cannot give you the right steps no matter how helpful we may want to be. It may not be your intent, but you're asking to accept legal responsibility for your case. We cannot do that without creating an attorney-client relationship. I know Liberty Co. is a small county, but maybe you can find some help in Houston or Beaumont at a women's group, the law schools, or the county bar association. Good Luck.
