Divorce

I have been with my husband for 12 yrs. married for 10 yrs. We do not have any children together. What are my rights. We have real property together. He has stocks he started in 2006. i know I have rights to that. What about his retirement or spousal support?

Texas is a community property state. Basically each spouse is half owner of everything acquired during the marriage and half owner of all the debts acquired during the marriage, but there are exceptions. You need to talk to a good family law attorney who can review your specific situation and help you through your divorce.
