Divorce
My hushand is lockup and he file the original petiton for the divorce and he will not finish it . I want to what can i do since he started the divorce.

There are several things you can do. You can wait until his case is dismissed because nothing has happened and then file your own divorce, you can file a Counter-Petition and move this case along, or you can get an attorney. Getting the help of a good family law attorney is your best bet.
