Divorce from inside prison

My brother wants to seek a divorce from his wife from inside prison. I will pay for the divorce however do not know where to start. He is in pollock luisianna and his wife is incarcarated in bryan texas. They were married in travis county 12/2003

He can file for divorce in LA. Find a lawyer there.
