is my divorce legal
I was just informed that ex-husband was married before our divorce, is our divorce still legal and is there anything that could be done?

Very complex situation. Bigamy, Fraud, many different potential issues. Unless he took big money from you in the divorce I would agree with Herb that you should move on with your life and consider his marriage to be illegal but your divorce to be legal. If the divorce just happened (if you can still file for a motion for new trial or bill of review) and you lost substantial money in property division to him, then you should see a lawyer TODAY.

Your divorce is legal, his marriage is not. He also is guilty of bigamy. You could drop a dime on him, but to what end. Unless there is more, you are probably better off to close that chapter of your life and move on.
