Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Is a divorce legal if they lied about having 5 kids?

My sister's divorce was final in San Marcos. Her husband forced her into signing it under duress. He filed and stated that there were no children born of this union. The fact is they have five children under the age of 9. He delivered all but one, and they don't have birth certificates except for that one. He required that she home school them also. Is that divorce legal and binding if he made her lie about their children?? They were married 10 years.

Duress can be asserted to modify the terms of the divorce. Sounds like your sister needs some serious, long-term help.
