Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Live and divorced in Texas. not legal in the country. I have the custody of my only son(not us citizen either/nor legal) father is in texas as well .it is considered kidnapping if I take my son out of state or back to Mexico without my husband approval/knowledge? if so can I be arrested ? including Mexico.

Probably. If you divorced in Texas and there is a custody order that has a geographic restriction and you violate that restriction; you could very well end up in trouble with the law whether you are a citizen or not.
