divorce and marriage

my fiancee is divorcing his ex wife the status of his divorce is now disposed.we want to get married as soon as possible can we get married right now?

The final decree of divorce is final on the date that the judge signs it, however, it is appealable for 30 days. I advise my clients to wait the 30 days.
