Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce

I was married in 1985 in Hot Springs Arkansas------I am from Dallas and have moved back to Dallas 4 yrs. ago--we have been separated that long. Do I have to file for divorce in Arkansas or can I file in Dallas?? He has just recently moved to dallas also.

If you have lived in Texas for at least 6 months, you can file for divorce in the county where you have lived for at least the previous 90 days.
