Re: Divorce
Based on what you have written, it might prove to be difficult to provide your husband with proper notice of the suit for divorce. There are ways to provide your husband with the proper legal notice of the divorce, but should contact a local family law firm to assit you with proper service.
You will find that the attorney fees and expenses associate with a divorce without children will vary. The cheapest is not always the best for an individual's situation and circumstnaces. If my local family law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.
Re: Divorce
Unfortunately, if he's missing it won't be a "cheap" divorce.
If you can find him and he agrees to sign I could sell you a DO IT YOURSELF DIVORCE KIT when there are no kids and no assets or debts for under $200.
I do publication divorces too but not as cheaply.
Good luck!
