If you are married in the state of Texas,and have seperated for four years,how long is the waiting period for remarriage to someone else ifyou get a divorce in georgia?

This should be dependent on Georgia law unless you are getting remarried in Texas. In Texas the waiting period after divorce before one can remarry is 30 days.
