Re: divorce
Assuming you have lived in Texas at least 6 months and have lived in the county at least 90 days, you can divorce here. The State of Texas does not recognize "marriage contracts" but what you have might qualify as a pre-marital agreement. You need to have it translated and reviewed by a good family law attorney. Contract/agreement or not, at the very least child support will need to meet minimum state guidelines.
Re: divorce
Based on what you have written, so long as you meet the requirements for establishing residency (e.g., 6 months in Texas and 90 days in county), then you may file for divorce in Texas. As for the "agreement" that was signed by the parties; Texas does not recognize maritial agreements. Depending upon how this agreement was drafted, the agreement may qualify an a pre-maritial agreement. Child support will generally always be an issue when dealing with a divorce involving children.
