Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I've been married for 26 years, my husband wants divorce I don't. He makes about $190,000 yearlyI make $30,000. We have a house in both names we also have credit cards in both names. He has been paying some of accounts that hav my name on them because he' bought car parts and other things.But now he wants to stop paying on most of them . I want to stay in the house but can't afford the morgage or utilities. I don't want to lose it. I need help I don' know wher to start and I don't want to get ripped off or taken advantage of. I don't have the money to hire. I am on his insurance for medical, life and rx and auto, don' want to lose that. Thanks. Connie

You may be entitled to spousal maintenance and if you have children, then support. Unfortunately, here in Texas, all it takes is one spouse to want the divorce. I do know however, that God still works miracles.
