I've been married 17 years ,owed house 10 years prior to marriage , she moved out 6 months ago , no children is she due any settlement , she wants alot of moneys i don't have , or is worth getting attorney to help with this matter

You don't need a lawyer if you have nothing to lose, and know how to handle this on your own.
She can make a claim for temporary and longer-term spousal support, a portion of the house, as enriched by the community efforts, and portions of retirement plans, etc. The list goes on.
