I have been married for 8yrs,this pass Wed.He came home drunk(again) hit my car ,jumped my 18yr old son,put him out and told me today he can't come back. We live in his grandparents home that's been handed down to the 3 sons.During the last eith yrs he has thrown most of my things out and he now want me out to. I have nothing to live on and I have nothing, but he has enough to spend a $100.00 dollars a week @ the Hotel Development and on the largest jug of liquor weekly as well. I need to know do I have to leave cause he said so and do I keep my 12th grader on the streets vs have him to come back here. He has enough money and then some in several accts.

If you live in this house, you can only be removed from the house by a judge's order.

However, if he threatens to hurt you, then to be safe then I would move.

I also recommend that you contact your local police, sheriff and constable and discuss this matter with them.

You need to hire an attorney. If you have no money, try Lone Star Legal Services in your county.
