I have been masrried since Feb.14 my husband started hitting me my question is what do i have to do to get a divorce

Yes, you will need to file for divorce. First, take the necessary steps to protect yourself and to get out of harms way. It should be a very simple divorce, since I presume you have no children and have not had much time to accumulate any joint property.
