Divorce
I am in the military my wife left me a year ago and moved back to TX. While I live in TN. We now want a divorce. What rights does she have.

I can't answer the question without more information.
If you own real estate, I'd file in the state where the property is located so that all the proper real estate documents are prepared.
If you have minor children, I'd do the divorce in the state the children live in. I usually do "special wording" for visitation with military personnel since you can only visit when the military lets you have time off. The normal visitation usually does not work for many military families.
If you have nothing to division and no minor children, it's an easy divorce in Texas. If uncontested, it can be handled in just over 2 months.
