If there are mistakes on a marriage license, is it still legal and binding in a court of law?

Probably yes.

I assume that you went through a marriage ceremony. If so, you would also be common law married.

I would need to sit down with you and look at the actual marriage license to determine if it was valid.

You can also call or go by the office where you purchased the marriage license and see if they will help you.
