Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

do they need a divorce?

mom and dad have been seperated over 20yrs have not seen or spoke to the another in 15+ dad is wanting to remarry again and found out he & mom never got divorced niether of them have the cash for a lawyer,and both agree to divorce. so do they have to divorce?or is there another way? if divorce whats the cheapest way?

Have one of your parents call around and find a good family law attorney who will handle the case on a flat fee basis. If they have been separated for 20 years there should be no minor children and no property or debt to divide.
