My mom is getting a divorce. Papers were recently filed. Her name is on my bank accounts as a signer. If her bank accounts are frozen, will mine be frozen also?

Yes, unless you intervene to get them excluded. If it is established that she is actually using the accounts, however, they will probably be included in the community estate or her separate estate to be divided by the court.
