How to get a divorce after five months?

My husband and I have only been together for five months what legal actions could I take to get out of this marriage? Can I get an anullment since we haven't been together that long?

Anulments are available in very restricted circumstances. It sounds to me like what you will need is a divorce. Many people believe that if you haven't been married long, then you can get an anulment, but this is not necessarily the case. Without knowing more about your situation, I cannot say whether an anulment would be an option for you. However, if you and your husband can agree on all the terms of the divorce, then you can get an uncontested divorce and keep your legal costs down. If you need more information concerning this matter, feel free to contact me. My standard fee for uncontested divorce when no children are involved is $750.00 plus filing fees.
