Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am in a divorce that has gone on for 8 months

I have not seem my two teenage children in this

Time but three times and that is very hostile

I was told today that it would be best to settle as

Going to the judge will not work in my favor

He has been orders to pay all attorney fees

And that has been a battle as well. He is I. Contempt

For spending over 200,000 in marital estate

Yet my counsel feels the judge is one sided.

I don't know what to do???? What is the access code?

Go meet another attorney for a second opinion. Your attorney must have some reason to believe this case will go badly for you. But it would be hard for it to go worse than it is, if you are not seeing your children. One thing is that if the father wins custody at trial, the judge will order you to pay child support. But if you think you can win a custody battle or you don't mind paying some child support, then maybe you should take the case to trial.
