Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My divorce moral clause states, no unrelated adult with whom you may have an intitmate or dating relationship to reside from 8-8am. I recently discovered pics of my spouses "live-in nanny" taking selfies while lying on my spouses half-naked butt. Not to mention multiple people stopping me saying they've seen them in public being very touchy with each other. Can this be classified as intimate and used in court since she lives there?

Talk to a family law attorney in our county. The attorney will probably want to talk to your witnesses to determine what "touchy" means. If she denies an intimate relationship I don't know how you will prove it.
