Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

divorce

in NC you must be separated for a year, filed in NC & signed a separation agreement, now he has filed for a TX divorce. He makes $4000.00 a wk, I get ss of $623 a mo.. He is 48, I am 64, we were married 21 years, help me please. I have contacted several attnys but no one wants to help me. I live in NC, He in tx.
