Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce non-contested

I filed for a divorce and x signed a waiver and the decree. My 60 days would be tomorrow, I get a letter in the mail stating he hired an attorney to revoked what he signed. Can he do that? We live in Texas, I thought he had only 30 days.

Yes, he can do that. I'm not sure exactly what "30 days" you are referring to; perhaps the appeals period after the decree is entered and signed by the Judge? Since this is now a contested divorce and he has an attorney, you would be wise to hire you own!
