I am getting a divorce if We are ordered by the court to sell our house, will they give me a time period in which it has to be sold? Can you tell me what that time frame might be?

A good court order would say that the house has to be listed with a broker by a certain date and sold at an agreed price by a certain date. If the house has not sold by that certain date, then the court can appoint a receiver to take control of the house and sell it for you. Not every order is drafted that carefully, but that's what should be included.
