Am I truly divorce

This is the way the last page on my divorce readsI hope you can help me here on a legal side. I was looking over my divorce on the lst page it reads like this

12. Clarifying oders

Without affecting the finality of this Final Decree of divorce, this court expressly reserves the right to make

orders necessary to clarify and enforce this decree.

13. Relief not granted

It is ordered that all relief requested in this case and not expressly granted id denied.

14. Date of Judgement

signed on _________________________

_______________________________

Judge Presiding

What does it all mean, am I divorce?

I don't know based on the information you provided.

The Judge needs to sign and date the Final Decree of Divorce.

There is another paragraph (usually on page 2 or 3 of the Final Decree) that states that "IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that Petitioner and Respondent are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved."

If you don't have that paragraph, you are still married.
