in divorce papers what does fraud against the community mean?

Usually that means it's been discovered that a spouse has been doing something to try to quietly divert money away from the usual joint accounts or accounts that the other spouse is aware of, perhaps in preparation for a divorce or just as part of a scheme not to share the property with the spouse. For example, changing the direct deposit provisions for your paycheck so that the proceeds from the raise you just got (but failed to mention to your spouse) would go into a new, separate account you opened at a bank your spouse knows nothing about would be fraud against the community. So would withdrawing cash from your account to give to your girlfriend.
