Divorce papers mailed to me Mar.17th..I received a letter now saying if I do not return signed papers by May 12th, they will request a citation served to me....If I do not sign..will I then be forced to retain an attorney?....and If I have no income, will my husband be responsible for my cost?

You cannot be forced to retain an attorney. Don't worry about that.

You should plan on paying for your own attorney, if you decide to hire one. The court won't force you rhusband to pay for an attorney for you.
