i have divorce papers signed by a judge and wanted to know how do I enforce the judgement when it was a do it yourself divorce.

You need to file a motion for enforcement.

Texas law is complicated concerning what remedies are available for violations of orders. I suggest you contact an attorney for advice concerning your particular case.
