Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My divorce papers state that as a parent with joint custody I have exclusive rights to decide where my son lives within 100 miles of Tarrant County. Does that mean I am limited to where I can live?

The family code language states "within the county and contiguous counties," when placing geographical restrictions. This is done for the "best interest of the children." So, the answer to your question is YES!
