Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have divorce papers that states that my ex husband has to pay so much a month for my half of the house as I signed a quit claim deed on the house. So far he has missed 2 months. Since I signed the quit claim deed do I have any rights now even though he says he can't afford to pay me?

I assume that "divorce papers" means a final decree.

Is he required to make those payments to you or to the bank?

Are you sure it was a quitclaim that you signed?

Who was your lawyer? He (she) didn't serve you well.
