Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have all of my divorce papers typed up. In order for me to file the petition for divorce i have to pay a court filling fee, which i do not have the money for at all. can you help to find the form to get these fees waived?

I have a pauper's affidavit, Judge's order that needs to be signed at the end and the statements that you must read to the judge in order to try to get him/she to accept your pauper's affidavit.

I charge $50 cash for them.
