I don't understand what this means: judgment for attorney's fees and expenses through trail and appeal should be granted against Respondent and in favor of Petitioner for the use and benefit of Petitioner's attorneys???

Is this in the Petition? If so, it is not unusual for the attorneys to ask for attorney fees for the trial, and if necessary for the appeal. If you have been served, you need to get a lawyer and file an answer.
